Booking and Payment
Sessions are booked via the enquiry form on this website. Once availability is confirmed, a secure PayPal payment link will be sent by email. Payment is taken in advance of each block (weekly, monthly or per term) rather than afterwards, which helps hold the student's regular slot.
Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notification, will be charged in full. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and will consider exceptional cases on an individual basis.
Session Conduct
Sessions take place online or in-person as agreed at the time of booking. Students are expected to arrive on time and be ready to learn, with all relevant materials - such as set texts, past papers, or current coursework - prepared in advance. A positive and respectful learning environment benefits everyone and helps sessions run as effectively as possible.
Liability
Rosie Severino English Tuition provides tutoring services in good faith and with professional care. However, exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of tutoring, including individual effort, school preparation, and examination conditions. Rosie Severino English Tuition cannot guarantee specific exam results or grades and accepts no liability for examination outcomes.
